Originally Wahl designed the 5 Star range of hair clippers for use by professional hairdressers. The Magic Clip clippers are still the mainstay of this range and you will often find them in hairdressers all over the country. Now you can get hold of them yourself. Ergonomically designed, powerful, super quiet and cool running.Â
The Magic Clip blades have a alignment system called Adusto-Lock, this allows you to control the blade overlap so that you can set the clippers to cut very close or not so close as you choose. You also get six attachment combs which lock in place. Comb sizes are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8. The combs are designed to snap on and off. The Clippers can take a massive range of standard combs, so you aren t limited to these six.Â
The 5 Star range of hair clippers was designed in the USA partly with the hair clipping needs of African Americans in mind. Afro hair is the most difficult to cut properly, so you know these clippers can handle anything.Â
